Amount on hold since 2 days

Actually, I had withdrawn my amount of 40$ from Fiverr to Paypal on the 17th, but due to some issues regarding my KYC, the amount has been deducted and initiated but has not reached Paypal. When I contacted your customer care some days ago, they said that money will be sent back to the seller within 30 days… but Fiverr is saying, we don’t accept refund and if the money is reverted, it will be kept by them most probably. I don’t want to lose 40$… It was my hard-earned money. Why is my amount on hold… I have done international KYC previously only… It’s so sad and frustrating
