NOTIFICATIONS for new buyer requests

Is there any way we can set notificatiosn for new buyer requests? 😄
The requests in my account stay only for like a minute and then disappear. 😐

PS: sad thing that I was a level 2 seller but just because I had to cancel an order, my order completion rate went down to 80% and I was degraded to level 0 in 2 months and now my buyer requests do not stay for any longer than a minute.
