My account was banned want to create new one

my account was restrict due to breake the fiverr rules . now i want to create new one so then i am going to deactivate my currently account i see this option , if you want to close this account contact support customer ,
my account already delete on fiver due to spam messages fiver support team tell me you are under review but i am pretty sure fiver did not give me my account
what you suggest can i create new account ?
