small tip,

Dont call buyers dear as it is not appropriate in some countries.

My first order was great and the client was super happy as for $10 I gave him a logo that adds value over cost :).

I only call clients Sir or Madam,But thank you for the instruction .

I usually refer them with thier name or just say hey or hello.

example hey Ilija Benjak,

just want to provide updates on the project etc as I feel it sounds better 😄
