My recent reviews are not reflecting on my profile and what's up with my analytics?

I have never missed to respond to any of my clients, and it has not taken me more than three hours to respond to anyone as I also have a fiverr app on my mobile device. However my profile and analytics show that my response time is approximately 9 hours and my response rate 88%
My recent reviews are not reflecting on my profile either.
How is this possible? am pretty sure of myself

Maybe you didn’t receive a notification/didn’t receive one in time. You could check your recent messages (eg. those from the last 60 days) and if you still think it’s wrong you could contact CS. Check the spam folder too maybe.
