Looks like there a bug in Fiverr website

Hello Fiverr Community. I am Hamza.
Recently I have got an order from a Buyer but I didn’t get any notification neither it appears in my order page.
When I open my Order Page It shows me the user you are looking for is not available. My account is okay and my buyer account is okay as well
I don’t know why this is happening.
Let me what Should I know, as customer support is taking too much time to respond.
