Yes you have to wait until 91 days. Or You have to change your category.

Did you contact support? Maybe they can solve the issue. Explain your problem and offer the solution you want. It is worth a try.

Most probably you failed in a test. You have to retake this and pass. Then you will be able to publish your gigs. Right now, the best option for you to contact the fiverr support.

If you didn't complete a single order then you should delete this account and create a new one.

Crazy,  all I did was I tried to start the test and then got interrupted (it's like 40 minutes long!) to take the dog out and next thing I know, I was kicked out and now I have to wait 92 days?

You should give the required tests. Then you can create your new gigs.

You have to wait 92 days. this is fiverr terms. if this is your 1st gig & didn't get any order yet, then you can delete the profile & create new one. you have failed ,lost internet connection or anything else, it would show fail.
