I began the W-9 form update thing and I filled out my information like where i live and my name and stuff but it doesn’t let me continue. Trying to publish my first gig and I get to the last step which requires me to fill out the W9 as I am a US Citizen, that’s fine. I fill it out and get the confirmation (seven times I might add) that I completed it and am good to go. I reached out to Support and was told they knew about the issue and it wasn’t until yesterday morning at 9am the problem was resolved and I received notification that my W-9 was validated and I was good to go.Contact Customer Support and fill out a ticket. They may not even know it’s not working again. But, they did know there was a problem over the weekend and it took a day and a half before it was resolved. kbar3563 Posted October 15, 2020 Share Posted October 15, 2020 I had that happen and I just spammed the next button. Then it loaded more of the w-9 form so I filled that out. Still wouldn’t let me click next so a few next button spams later, the option to type in my SSN(which was underneath the bottom of the Fiverr page). Then it let me click next. It said everything was completed but now when I try to publish it, I get sent back to redo my W-9, even though I’ve gotten the confirmation that it is done. I fixed the problem by selecting the “outside the US” option, then publishing my gig.
