Live gaming coaching: what are the rules?

i was just wondering about the rules/TOS of making a gig for coaching/teaching/training people on certian video games.
I understand communication outside fiver is not allowed however how else can i talk to the customer and actually coach them? for example can i use discord to communicate with them after they place an order?

I really dont want to go against TOS hence why i am asking. any help/advice would be appriciated!
