Cant publish my Gig - asking for 92 day retake

Hi Guys,
Im new here. Ive been trying to publish my gig, but cannot do so as Fiverr keeps telling me to retake a test and that Ill have to wait 92 to do a retake of a test that I never got the chance to do in the first place.
What now?
Is there anyone from the Fiverr support team here??
