Any advice on how to deal with a buyer who wants to cancel and get a refund - 20 + days after delivery? She claims she never got the service although there is evidence she did (parts of it are on her website.)

Make sure you screenshot or save her web page(?) to keep the evidence in case you need support from Fiverr, so you have something to proof it.
