Buyer request has been full before sending request

Hi everyone, I’m facing a problem maybe some new seller also facing this problem. When I get a buyer request always try to understand then send what is buyer asking about but before sending a request after understanding as requirements the buyer request box already full over 50 requests from other sellers as much as in one minute. What can I do whereas I didn’t get a single order yet? But got messages from buyers. Please help me to get orders. This is my id

it is not important that you will get order only from buyer request, as you mention you received messages from buyers you can do custom order with them also.
