Can't verify my account

I got notification that I have to verify my account but I tried again and again…when I click on the send link they didn’t send me any message and then I tried to scan the QR code from my tab after that its open the same page that I have seen in my desktop browser…I can’t get the proper link to verify my identity. what should I do now?
