Fiverr rating Problem!

Hi,

From last few days, My rating automatically turned to 1.0 from 5.0 as 95% feedback rating is 4.8, really don’t understand how system regenerates or how metrics works, Fiverr just showing a notice on my phone app
"we have noticed a drop in performance please review your stats below and act accordingly avoid a level demotion, your next evaluation is on oct 15-2020 "

I need a professional advise to resolve this conflict on immediate basis…
