Need a help regarding gig description

Hi everyone,
I am a new user and my name is Aysha. I need a help. When I am trying to save a gig description, its showing that description contains illegal characters. What does it mean and how can I solve it? I tried to solve it by cut paste it into notepad and again copy that and removed all symbols but doesn’t help.Any other way?
