The gig I was looking for is no longer available?

Today,I cancelled an order because that was the only option suggested by Fiverr. I’m new on this site and on Sunday,I ordered a gig from someone whose username was [censored] but unfortunately a few hours later,fiverr claimed that “The Gig you were looking for is no longer available.” I patiently waited until today because I thought his account would have recovered or whatsoever,but I waited in vain for the completed gig. Finally,I decided to cancel the gig and immediately received my refund. However,I had made an order from this seller before and received the completed gig,so I thought this seller could be trusted and the account had good reviews from people as well. My mother was quite disappointed when I told her that I had to cancel the gig. Could anyone explain to me what exactly happened to the seller? Did his account get suspended?

Well, speaking from experience, I can tell you that most likely this is not the case. In fact, chances are that the seller suspended the gigs temporarily in order to work at the gigs in progress.

Sometimes sellers get too many requests and in order to jeopardize the orders already in queue, sellers sometimes suspend their gigs in order to be able to work more efficiently.

I suggest you browse for the username and you contact the seller using a green link that says ‘contact’. Most likely the seller is working at orders now.

Secondly you should not call out the seller’s name on the forum. That is not allowed. How would you feel if that very same seller called out your name, because you just cancelled his gig in progress without no reason.

(I hope someone will Fragglesrock the seller’s username) I am just a regular Fiverr seller and I cannot do this, but I would love to very much)

Just checking the name (calling out buyers isn’t allowed by the way) and it says there is no profile to be found. It would suggest that the seller’s whole account has been suspended and not just the gig. That would be why the order couldn’t be fulfilled and you had no option but to cancel the gig.

I’m sorry that this happened, especially when you’ve bought from the seller in the past. There are many reasons for this to happen, but the seller will most likely broken the TOS in some way and Fiverr is just finding that out now.

@roginc spamming isn’t cool, dude.
