Choosing Commercial Use Under Scope and Pricing for Gig

🙂 Hi everyone, how are you? I would like to know if I choose “Commercial Use” in the “Scope and Pricing” section of my gig, does that simply mean the buyer will just use the design they bought from me (in my case logo or business card) for commercial use and I don’t have to worry about any legal issues? I don’t understand why this option shows up, because I think either way the client will have the right for commercial use, is that correct?, or is there something I’m not getting?
