Send offer to buyer request!

As a new seller, the Buyer request is the most effective option for getting the order. But I usually see that a huge number of offers are sent by the seller within a few times of appearing any buyer request.

My question is up to which number I should send offers?
How can send an offer very quickly?

So, it doesn’t really matter how many people have actually sent the offer to the buyer rather what matters is how many people have sent well written one or how many capable persons have sent the offer. So my suggestion will always be, send your request in a professional and gentle manner and if you get noticed, the client is going to reply to you!
