Depends on the accusation. If you have threatened to murder the buyer, for example, it’s very likely that you will get banned. If it wasn’t anything drastic, you might get a warning, not a ban.

As per Fiverr’s Terms of Service, you can withdraw your funds after 90 days, if CS allows it (they usually do, unless the money was earned by doing something that’s not allowed).
