How do i fix my dead account

Hey everyone, this is my first post here and i am not a native english speaker so there might be some mistakes. First of all i am fiverr seller for about two years, it was really great and my gigs were doing okay for someone who was starting. Then came march and april of this year, all my gigs went from 1k impressions to 0. I know there was an issue with the site and that they fixed it, but honestly, my account never recovered from that point on. I have changed my gigs, descriptions, tags and all that stuff and it just isnt working, i am at a loss. I would apreciate all the advices i can get on how to improve my gigs and what can i do to revive my account.

These are my suggestions/comments:

Gig: I will draw you in adventure time style
In the basic package “withouth background” could be “without background” or “without the background”.

In the gig images when shown on the profile, there’s some cropping. If you made the images around 1.619:1 aspect ratio there’d be little or no cropping on the profile/search pages.

Maybe add an FAQ to some gigs so you can give more info about them.
