Why is the requests sections so limited?

When I want to send an offer to a request, I can only write them a message. That’s it.
Sometimes a file needs to be attached, but there is no attachment button, nor can I later go to my messages and write them a line again.

Can this please be fixed?

Also, how are some users able to post requests without any set budget, last time I posted a request it said that setting a budget was mandatory. I can’t leave it blank, but yet I see some haven’t set theirs and it’s showing as “—”.

If the request box would be like you want (files, people can text to the buyer later, or text them directly or anything like this) - it would be much more spam and scam.

Even now many sellers try to text directly, find the ways how to avoid ToS and other, so that’s why it is so limited
