Why positive rating is decreasing where it's need to be inceased?

This month I have complete 11 orders and earn $537 there have a problem I am facing that there the positive rating was 89% but after 2 order completing the level was not complete the $2000 I have earned already but while increasing the positive rating it decreasing

Where does it show your “positive rating”? Do you mean completion rate? Or do you mean the ratings you received from buyers? All time/last 60 days? Is it a message shown when you try to send offers to buyer requests (where it says you most have x% positive rating)?
