The buyer left me with a bad review

You should not worry about this review, it is a good one. The buyer says nothing bad and 4 stars is more than acceptable! Just keep working hard, you will be fine.

4star is good. but i am new seller so for reason i can’t send any buyer request.

As others have said, a four star review is actually very good. It could have been one, two or three stars… then you really would have been unhappy!

Many buyers do automatically award top feedback, whereas some buyers do think a little more carefully about the service they received. But there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the feedback you’ve been given - it’s good and future buyers will understand that.
