What do you say to buyers who continue to ask report on a project?

Hey,

I have some orders in queue and I don’t understand buyers who ask me how is it going with our project, only a few hours later when they have not paid for an express delivery.

Do you tell them that you have other orders in queue, or to say that you have started working on the project and it’s on the initial phase?
