I have not received a single order for the last one month: and Fiverr has also denied one of my gigs.
I also contacted him for help but today it has been 13 days, he did not reply

now what i do ? suggest me

Fiverr is a he?

Your gig was probably denied for breaking the Terms of Service or the Community Standards. You have read those, right?

Also, it is not Fiverr’s responsibility to help you get orders. You need to do that yourself.

If your gig has been denied you will normally have been given a reason.
