Permanently close my account

Hi Fiverr,
I am a new seller and create my account few days ago. I can verify my account with my NID also. But my account permanently disabled. I haven’t any other account on fiverr. But for that reason my account were permanently disabled. I am really very disappointed. Please help me to get back my account.
