Transaction issue. Kindly guide

I made my first transaction from Fiverr to payoneer on Monday, on Fiverr the balance got 0 that day but on payoneer it is showing in upcoming. And under review. The amount hasn’t reached the payoneer account yet.

It’s been a week now. Can anybody help me or guide me with the issue and its solution?

It isn’t loading any chat bar, time stated is 1 am to 4 pm, and still there is no chat bar…

Because today is Sunday. Their Chat working hours: Monday-Friday: 1:00am - 4:00pm EST time. You can try tomorrow 🙂

I have tried contacting them via live chat multiple times, but there is no agent available. Also I have written them the issue twice. I am not getting any assistance or reply, they just generate a system message and the issue status goes resolved.

Make sure you have accurate Payoneer account attached to your Fiverr account. Since Fiverr also experiencing technical difficulties over analytics data, so you never know where problem can be. So you should go both ways, contact Fiverr support, and also contact Payoneer.
