I Made a My first gig around 2 weeks ago and it got around 1k+ impression, 100 clicks, and got 8 messages. But due to some reason, I can’t able to reply to them but I think I am not getting any message or my impression and clicks are not increasing. my response time also became more than a week.

So should I make a new account or continue this account.

A new account will not make things better. More than likely the 8 messages you go are from spammers and Fiverr deleted them. Also, I see your response time is 14 days. Buyers expect to have sellers respond more quickly than that. Do you check in to Fiverr at least once per day?

If I were you, I would stick with this current account. Or, at least, before taking any action it would be helpful to understand the cause of the problem.

I’ve double-checked and I can confirm that your Gig is active and visible on Fiverr. And yes, the response time is 14 days.

Do you think the average response time has decreased because you’re unable to open those 8 messages?

Hello Mam, Actually after making gig I got ill and can’t able to open Fiverr so the message came but I can’t be able to reply to them I reply to them all tomorrow so my response time becomes 14 days.

But now I am not getting any impression, clicks, and message on my gig.

I think Fiverr thinks I am not an active seller so they have stopped promoting my gig.

That’s why I am asking should I make a new one or wait with this account.

Plzzz Reply

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this problem. But if I were you I wouldn’t worry too much. Personally I would stick with the current account.

Your average response time will improve as soon as you get new messages.
I’ve also had a minor issue in the past that damaged my response time.
But afterwards I managed to reply to each and every message in the shortest time possible. And my response time got back to normal very quickly.

Thanks @giulia_f
