Hello, guys, I am new on Fiverr and I have a bad review problem, one of my customers give a bad review and I can’t use the buyer request anymore. each time I try using the buyer request the message is I must get a 90% rating to be able to bid please I need help

You got a new buyer unsure what he wants and how to convey what he wants and he left you a 3* review that explains his opinion on the matter. The 3* is the perfect grade for what happened neither he explained to him self properly on time neither you completed what he wanted.

It will be tricky to get order without BR but now is the time to look at other options of promotion.

Once you get another order your stats will improve and you will get BR again.

How old are you, are you free, do you have school, or other things to do?

Try starting YouTube channel and promote there, find legit Facebook groups that are connecting freelancers with buyers. Fiverr is only one option of making money.

Thank you! the employer was requesting another service apart from the our first agreement, base on that and i was trying to explain things to employer, that if am adding the other service to what he initially asked for it will cost extra charge. i think this was what result to the bad review left me. and since then am unable to use the buyer request please i need help

I did not mean to tell me your age as number I meant to tell me are you in school or working (free) or you have responsibilities (children to feed, parents to take care of).

It is completely different story if you are free or not.

If I was free I could do 1000 things to make money, but since I am not free I can’t.

And Fiverr should just be something you do if you get order. The market is too complicated and based on luck (we have PRO and TRS sellers leaving since they can not get their money after completing work).
