Buyer can no longer be contacted on every buyer

Hi,
In this week i got 3 messages from different ppl and to all 3 i was able to answer but after like 1 hour they all got put in spam and it said “Buyer can no longer be contacted…”
I know that happens to spam ppl but 3 ppl in a row is a bit weird…
