Copyright on video editing

Hello, I have a question.
I am talking to a buyer who would like a video montage.
So far nothing disturbing. The problem is that he wants me to remove (crop) and add his logo on competing videos to his business ( The videos do not belong to him ).
Am I risking anything? Or is he the only one risking a fine? Is this illegal?

If they’re someone else’s videos (from competing companies) that he doesn’t have the rights to say you can’t do that because it would infringe copyright / because it’s against the Fiverr TOS.

edit: The TOS also says:

Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service…
which may include (but are not limited to)…

Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy…
