Withdrawal problem in paypal

Hey i intiated a withdrawal from fiverr through my paypal account on september 16 but unfortunately my paypal account wasn’t verified on that date. So it has been more that 2 days that my revenue hasn’t reached paypal or refunded to fiverr And in Earnings option in Fiverr,it still shows as Withdrawal in progress. An… when i contact with paypal support they said your fund is unable to claim and ask to sender resend money…
