TOS Violation on my first gig

Hello everyone,

Recently created my fiverr account and posted my first gig but it was instantly denied stating a TOS violation. The title of my gig " I will give 0-5 forex signals weekly along with capital and risk management"

Can you guys please help as to what I’m doing wrong or which paragraph of TOS i should refer to in order to get an approval.

So I republished it with a different title and there was no violation. Can somebody explain why my original title was a violation of TOS. :S

So I republished it with a different title and there was no violation. Do you know why my original title was a violation of TOS. :S

Old: “I will give 0-5 forex signals weekly along with capital and risk management”

New: “I will give you a trading details and send forex alerts”

If I had to guess, it was the word “risk”, but I don’t know for sure.

In that ToS quote I provided, ‘misleading’ and ‘deceptive’ are two of the violations. And I’m pretty sure they’re partially there to cover gambling, which is further defined in https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/integrity-authenticity as:

Promise a service outcome which is not in your control

In certain instances, sellers may be tempted to promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control…

Fake news

Fiverr defines Fake News as false or intentionally misleading information…

Just a guess, though.
