Really slow Fiverr support system

Is anybody experiencing really really slow and unresponsive Fiverr customer service lately?

My typical respond takes over 7 days and usually by the time they get back to me, I would be affected really a negative feedback and experience with a buyer.

Is there a quicker way of getting the fiverr support to get back or another channel to contact them? It is really hurting my overall sales lately…

Any help would be appreciated
