Withdrawal by Fiverr Revenue Card but transaction is upcoming pending in Payoneer

Hi,

I want to withdraw Fiverr amount to payoneer balance. But whenever I click to bank transfer amount automatically transferred to bank account instead of staying in Payoneer as balance USD.
Then I choosed to opt Fiverr revenue card option but amount is showing pending in Fiverr account as upcoming transaction. I don’t have revenue card yet . will this amount be transfered to payoneer balance ??? If yes then how long it would take ???
