Do TOS warnings get deleted/removed from database

I want to know that do fiverr warnings get removed permanently from fiverr data base after a certain time limit?
I got a warning saying that it is your second warning.
However I went to a topic in CS and it only showed latest warning. No clue of the first warning.
So, I am confused about the warnings.
I dont know how many total warnings I have right now.
Please help
