Hola mi nombre es Geovanny Sierra, he estado intentando por más de una hora publicar mi primer gig, pero no he podido avanzar de la sección de requisitos, por más que trato de una y otra forma no avanzo a la siguiente pestaña. Siempre me aparece este mensaje:

• Debes agregar al menos 1 requisito ¿Que estaré haciendo mal?

Hello my name is Geovanny Sierra, I have been trying for more than an hour to publish my first gig, but I have not been able to advance in the requirements section, as much as I try one way and another I do not advance to the next tab. I always get this message:

Hi,

Requirement is a set of questions that buyer have to answer when he/ she place an order.

All of you need to do is ask buyer the questions.

I would suggest you to research similar gigs to look for what kinds of questions you can ask.

Have you added at least one requirement (like “Please attach/link to the video you need editing”) and specified the type of requirement it is (free text/multiple answer/attached file)?

Hi @geovannysierra, welcome to Fiverr and the forum!

You’re asking your buyers to send you their logos. For that to happen, you need to select “Attach Files” (“Anexar Archivos”) instead of “Texto Libre”. Please see if that works.

For the rest of what you need from them, you may add another requirement and select “Texto Libre”.

So you’ve clicked on the “add” button after entering the requirement and then you clicked on “save & continue” and it still doesn’t let you continue? It still keeps saying “You must add at least 1 requirement”?

If so, are you using Chrome? If not you could try that. I assume you’ve watched the video on the right in that screen and are doing it the same way as shown in the video. If you still can’t get it to work you could contact CS/support through the help desk.
