Maybe you should talk about that a bit more in your gig description. For example, what exactly can you offer a buyer? Why should a buyer trust you? What makes you better than other sellers?

At the moment, your gig description isn’t very inspiring or convincing. You just say you’ll collect data and put it in a spreadsheet.
