Gig Images Creation

I just wanted to ask that, is it going to be a copyright problem, if I use Royalty free images like Human faces, body, smiles something like that on my Gig Cover image?

Whatever I want to use is 100% Royalty free. But I’m in doubt that, those faces or smiles is going to be make any problem in the future or not?
