Problem with bank transfers

I have money on my account on fiverr so i used bank transfer and get the mail from them and made an account on payoneer, later a have a problem with my payoneer account because when i try to add bank that hasn’t have same name of mine it didn’t get approved so i try to add new payoneer account but it always show me this message

so what can i do to solve this ?

If the screenshot shows Payoneer site you should contact Payoneer CS. If the link is wrong you need to go through Customer Care link in footer of their site and ask them help

In case it is Fiverr site you should contact Fiverr CS. You may want to open a ticket here https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new?source=help_center or use support@fiverr.com and ask them for help.

your Payoneer account is not verified that’s why you are in this problem. to solve this problem you need to do verify your Payoneer profile first.
