Top rated seller requirements completed,what's next?

I hope you all are fine and safe.
I have completed all the requirements of Top Rated seller on 10th August, I did not receive any update from Fiverr about what’s next my profile is under review or not? Normally when requirements are completed Fiverr emails that your profile is under review for TRS but I did not receive anything.
Should I contact to customer support?

Normally when requirements are completed Fiverr emails that your profile is under review for TRS but I did not receive anything.

They don’t send that email anymore for quite a few months now.

If you will get a TRS status they will just send you congrats email.
