I am publishing a gig for excel dashboards and data entry in programming and texh category

I am publishing a gig for ms excel data entry, dashboards in business, data entry category and also in programming and tech category, but for both system ia saying that i need to tale english test.

Now on the other side, i have passed both english tests and excel tests, now why it is saying to retake test.

English language score is 8.8/10, top 10%
Excel score is 6.2/10 top, 20%

And one more english teat is not showing on mobile app.

Any suggestion
