samia_snigdha Posted August 7, 2020 Share Posted August 7, 2020 A buyer knocked me and she showed a sample when I said that I would do like that then she said to me to send her custom offer. I did. Then I wanted the basic information from her but she didn’t provide me those even also she said that she had no information, so she canceled the order. Without accepting the cancel, I went to Fiverr Support and explained my issue and showed all the screenshots. My order was automatically canceled today and my completion rate is decreased.
