sslvibes
While conversation with buyers, it’s better to talk to buyers for better understanding the requirements. Is there any way we can talk to buyers like we can do it in a Live Coding Session?
genuineguidance
You would need to get permission from Customer Service to have a meeting with your buyer on any voice or video platform. They see this as “off site” contact and it can get your account a warning or even banned. Check with them and see if they give you a green light for this. Fiverr does not have any voice capabilities in their messaging system here.GG

ze_blender3d
You can voice record yourself, and send the audio file to your buyer.Or record yourself in front of the camera and send the video to them 🙂If you dislike talking via text
Guest humanissocial
It’s not better at all. It’s an unnecessary and costly and inefficient way of doing business. All it does is enable buyers who are too lazy to write things down and want you to do it for them. You aren’t their secretary. I totally get sending messages back and forth is archaic to some projects here and too time consuming when you can just hop on a video call and get things better understood and quicker.GG
