How can I audio chat with buyers

While conversation with buyers, it’s better to talk to buyers for better understanding the requirements. Is there any way we can talk to buyers like we can do it in a Live Coding Session?

You would need to get permission from Customer Service to have a meeting with your buyer on any voice or video platform. They see this as “off site” contact and it can get your account a warning or even banned. Check with them and see if they give you a green light for this. Fiverr does not have any voice capabilities in their messaging system here.

You can voice record yourself, and send the audio file to your buyer.
Or record yourself in front of the camera and send the video to them 🙂

It’s not better at all. It’s an unnecessary and costly and inefficient way of doing business.

All it does is enable buyers who are too lazy to write things down and want you to do it for them. You aren’t their secretary.

If you dislike talking via text

The thing is, those who want to “discuss” their project with you do not want a one way video or mp3 recorded message - they want a live two way discussion, so this is probably not going to work unfortunately.

They would need to write to CS and ask for permission to get the buyers video/audio or whatever to do a live chat to discuss a project at length. I totally get sending messages back and forth is archaic to some projects here and too time consuming when you can just hop on a video call and get things better understood and quicker.
