How does response rate affect your account?

Hello!

I accidentally deleted a conversation that I didn’t mean to. Now because of that, it brought down my response rate that was at 100% to 80%. Is there any way I can see that conversation again?

If not, I do have some questions about the response rate here. Will my account now be negatively affected because of this response rate? Can I fix this over time? Any advice would be much appreciated.
