Pending Clearence Bug?

Good evening everyone. I am having a problem with a Pending Clearence, I wanted to know if it is something common to everyone before having to disturb the technical service.

I state that my time zone is UTC / GMT +2 hours (Italy)

Usually at this hour I have always received the funds but today it still has not happened, as it is a very nice order, and since I know of motlic he have had experiences with cancellations of funds even well beyond the delivery date, I am a little bit 'worrying. Is there a predetermined time during which the funds are transferred? Or is it a delay I have to worry about?
