Order Completion Rate dropped from 100 to 80 cause the buyer got banned

Im a new seller on fiverr and i had a 100% Order Completion Rate but i dropped down to 80% because a buyer got banned one hour after i got the order so the order was cancelled will fiverr give me back my 100% rate?
