He was probably detected as a scammer, i know first hand about this. But you might have been blocked as well, i dont know whats shown when someone blocks the seller.

Yes this customer is spam. Thats why fiverr robot block him. Dont worry. It will not impact on your account.

Hello, I am a customer that uses the Fiverr app and a go to seller that I go to, I was recently unable to contact. I saw a message will attach photo. I’m not sure what was done wrong but services were paid for on my end, never any fraud.
