Can I use Facebook paid promotion for my GIGs

I am a new seller on Fiverr and in the learning process 🙂 I would like to know if I can use Facebook paid promotions or paid adds for my gigs promotion. I have gone through already listed topics but it wasn’t clear. So all my experts out there please clear this doubt for me 🙂
