Finding difficulty in sending buyer request

Guys, I am finding huge difficulty to send buyer request and i have no clue how to send buyer request.
Can anyone help me please?

please go to more tab and choose buyer request. it seems working.

but you can sent upto 10 request for a day.

One thing to keep in mind when you make a buyer request. That’s what your buyer really needs and how well you can solve it. If you can explain this, you will get good results.
